HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A VENDOR?

✔️ Step 3: Submit the forms to the FCCM Markham Cultural Centre with payment to confirm Your Spot & Get Ready for an Unforgettable Event

Additional Guidelines And Helpful Resources
- Booth space does not include travel and/or accommodations and should be discussed prior to application with a Event Coordinator.
- Vendors must complete the York Region Vendor Application form at least 10 days prior to event date
- Vendors must provide general liability insurance of 2 million dollars before the festival
- Propane usage will require a TSSA approved propane certificate
- Copy of general liability insurance must be provided to Taste of Asia if not purchased from us
- Unless you have been invited by the Taste of Asia board, all professionals must apply through the standard registration process

APPROVED VENDORS WILL RECEIVE
- One 10x10 Booth Space. (non-transferable)
- Equipment and power rental will cost extra.
- Power will not be provided.
- Water will not be provided.
Additional space can be purchased at regular rates per booth space rental.
Taste of Asia booth spots is assigned and approved by the event coordinator when paid in full at the FCCM Cultural Centre.
DISPLAY GUIDELINES
- Power or internet access not included with booth spot
- The booth space cannot be used beyond 10x10 space
- Commercial fridge cannot be used on the premise
- Vendors cannot block access of other vendors
- Vendors cannot lend or lease booth space to 3rd party
- Vendor area must be cleaned after each day
- Certified food handler must be on site
Failure to follow guidelines may result in a ban from Taste of Asia and a non-refundable site clearance deposit.
